AC trouble but great staff

Waking up to exceptionally clean rooms was a delight! The staff's friendly smiles at every encounter made our stay memorable despite the heat. A true testament to hospitality.

emptied breakfast after 10 am, even though it’s supposed to be until then. Pretty dissapointing! Also, had a terrible experience with the elevator. almost had to call the fire department! I almost thought this place would deserve a decent rating, but then again, regular treatment just doesn't cut it for someone of my stature.

The stay featured friendly staff and a very inviting indoor pool, perfect for relaxation after a long trip! The breakfast spread was delightful! 🍽️

the hampton inn was a wonderful stay with friendly staff , comfortable rooms , and a delightful breakfast spread. it's located in a quiet area of the chicago region, away from the hustle but still convenient.

no towel bars in the bathroom , towels everywhere.

Had a fantastic visit! The room felt clean and maintained, and I was thrilled by the hospitality. A pleasant surprise was the exceptionally clean pool and inviting hot tub – perfect for relaxation. Pro tip, check breakfast hours so you don't miss the delicious offerings!

the hot tub was out of order. but the fresh waffles were a hit with the kids, the outdoor patio was perfect for relaxing, and the friendly staff made check-in smooth.

I recently celebrated a birthday at the hampton inn and it was great! My previous stays in channahon never matched this comfort level. The king room was spacious with a nice bathroom. Breakfast exceeded expectations with plenty of options like eggs and waffles that really started the day off right.

The air conditioning in multiple rooms seemed inadequate. the first room was too hot, and when switched, the second room also struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leading to an uncomfortable night’s rest.

Great quiet stay with nice flat-screen TV and clean indoor pool. A/C took ages to warm up.
