AC trouble but great staff

Waking up to clean rooms was a delight! The staff's friendly smiles at every encounter was nice. A true testament to hospitality.

It was a joy spending time in the impeccably clean room with a microwave, a fridge, the large window. The breakfast was good, the check in was early.

The room was impeccably clean with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven.

Wonderful place for a visit to Channahon with marvellous location in the middle of jackson and great services. Delicious and appetising meals. Location short walk to the outskirts of Joliet Illinois and the baseball fields and a quiet area...

The stay featured friendly staff and a very inviting indoor pool, perfect for relaxation after a long trip! The breakfast spread was good 🍽️

The air conditioning really could use some improvement to enhance comfort levels.

Emptied breakfast after 10 am, even though it's supposed to be until then. Pretty dissapointing! Almost had to call the fire department! I almost thought this place would deserve a decent rating, but then again, regular treatment just doesn't cut it for someone of my stature.

I faced significant disappointment when the food options surrounding the hotel turned out to be sparse and unappealing. It took a frustrating 20-minute drive to find decent dining. It creaked and groaned throughout my stay, raising serious concerns about its reliability.

The hampton inn was a wonderful stay with friendly staff , comfortable rooms , and a good breakfast spread. It's located in a quiet area of the chicago region, away from the hustle but still convenient.

no towel bars in the bathroom , towels everywhere.

Had a fantastic visit! The room felt clean and maintained, and I was thrilled by the hospitality. A pleasant surprise was the clean pool and inviting hot tub, perfect for relaxation. Pro tip, check breakfast hours so you don't miss the delicious offerings!

the hot tub was out of order. but the fresh waffles were a hit with the kids, the outdoor patio was perfect for relaxing, and the friendly staff made check-in smooth.

I recently celebrated a birthday at the hampton inn and it was great! My previous stays in channahon never matched this comfort level. The king room was spacious with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options like eggs and waffles that really started the day off right.

The location is a bit isolated when it comes to food options, requiring a 20-minute drive for a better selection. The air conditioning in multiple rooms seemed inadequate. The first room was too hot, and when switched, the second room also struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leading to an uncomfortable night's rest.

Great quiet stay with nice tv and clean indoor pool. A/C took ages to warm up.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with spotless rooms. the breakfast offers a good variety of hot and cold dishes. the staff is very attentive. the location in Jackson is marvelous and close to a quiet area on the outskirts of Joliet, Illinois and Chicago.

My stay here was enjoyable as the hotel was very clean, the rooms were well-stocked and spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly, plus it's conveniently located near Chicago.
